Serge Genetet Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific
Serge Genetet joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is responsible for Arkadin’s Asia Pacific operations. Before joining Arkadin, Serge was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Operations at InfoVista, a leading provider of performance monitoring solutions. In this position, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service within the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to InfoVista, Serge was Worldwide Director of the Service Level Agreement Department at SITA Equant, a leading Communication and Service Provider (now Orange Business Services, a subsidiary of France Telecom). Prior to Equant, Serge provided consulting services to large European companies. He was also CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company based in France. Serge is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Dennis Tanaka President and General Manager, Arkadin Japan General Manager, Arkadin Korea
Dennis is the President of Arkadin Japan. He also holds the position of General Manager, responsible for driving business growth and ensuring operational effectiveness to enhance Arkadin’s presence for both Japan and Korea. The first Arkadin Japan office headquartered in Tokyo was established by Dennis in 2005. In 2010, he successfully opened a second sales office in Kansai.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Dennis spent 12 years at Xpedite Japan (Premiere Global Services) and was the Country Manager for Japan and Korea. During this time, he helped launch the fax broadcast and conferencing business in Japan and Korea.
Dennis graduated from Keio University, Japan and majored in Business and Commerce.
Jimmy Lim Client Care Director, Asia Pacific
Jimmy joined Arkadin in 2009 as Client Care Director, Asia Pacific and is a key member of the management team within Asia Pacific. He is responsible for leading all aspects of Customer Care, Project Management, Pre-Sales Engineering and Service Level Management Prior to joining Arkadin, Jimmy spent 3 years at InfoVista managing a team of software engineers and consultants as Director of Professional Services. Before joining InfoVista, Jimmy spent 23 years with Equant (now Orange Business Services), where he held several management positions, including Regional Director APAC, Managed Services. Jimmy graduated from City & Guild of London Institute in Computer Programming and Data Processing.
Neil Persaud HR Director
Neil Persaud is Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific for Arkadin. As HR Director, Neil leads and sets the vision for HR department and is responsible for developing the HR department across the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining Arkadin, Neil worked in the US holding various HR Management positions where he has dealt with high volume HR issues, both tactical and strategically. His consultative approach to management and business gives him a unique perspective on communications in organizations from both the management and employee perspective. Neil holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s College in New York and is currently a Doctoral Student of Pace University in NY.
Dennis Loh Operations & IS Director
Dennis Loh is Operations & IS Director, APAC for Arkadin. In his role, he oversees service management, operations management, and the service support centre, including service and infrastructure maintenance and support. Prior to joining Arkadin, Dennis was heading up the Infrastructure Management Office in a Japanese Bank. He also gained 9 years of invaluable experience in Genesys Conferencing where he was in charge of all aspects of service operations and infrastructure management. Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical and Electronic from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Sean Kwek Product Management Director, Asia Pacific
Sean joined Arkadin in 2009 as Marketing & Product Management Director, Asia Pacific and is a key member of the management team within Asia Pacific. Sean is responsible for the overall strategic and tactical direction of Arkadin’s marketing and product management activities in the Asia Pacific. He oversees all Arkadin’s go-to-market strategies in the region. Sean has over 11 years of experience in IT&T/Conferencing & Collaboration industry. Prior to joining Arkadin, Sean held positions at PGi, Genesys Conferencing and InterCall working in various roles of sales, product management and marketing in Asia Pacific. Sean graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Economics, Banking & Finance (Honours) and holds a Professional Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing.
